• Lock site fees:  The campground is not liable if sites are not locked in at time of checkout.

 

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Please contact our office at 603-778-7631 for cancellations or changes to reservation. 

​

1)    Cancellations received greater than 21 days from the date of arrival is fully refundable, except the $5 reservation fee to the card provided during the reservation process.

​

2)    Cancellations requested between 14-21 days from the date of arrival are subject to a deduction of 20% of original reservation and the $5 reservation fee as non-refundable. 

​

3)    Cancellations received with 13 days or less from the date of arrival are non-refundable. 

​

4)    Cancellations received within 24 hours of booking the reservation are fully refundable.

​

5)    No show or failure to cancel a reservation, leaving your site early from a reservation is non-refundable. 

Please note that camping is an outdoor activity. 

 

We do not charge extra for sunshine and we do not offer refunds due to inclement weather.
